Purpose and goal
The purpose of the IDQfLCC project is to:
1. Develop a data quality assessment framework of the MAXIMO database. The framework includes three essential aspects: diagnostics, prediction and recipies;
2. Develop, validate and show a decision on economic life in the mining environment;
3. Build a generic software based on real operational parameters such as prototype demonstration in mining environment.

Structure and implementation
WP1: Project co-ordination (April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021).
WP2: Examine the scale of the problem (April 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018).
WP3: Statistical analysis and data management (October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019).
WP4: Data quality analysis (April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019).
WP5: Modeling and analysis (October 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020).
WP6: Interpretation and visualisation (June 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021).

Expected results
The project is expected to have the following results: 1. Has the direct effect of reducing operating and maintenance costs for mining equipment by optimising life expectancy and minimising total cost of ownership. 2. Implementation will lead to a shift in labour over time, attracting young people, especially women, to the mining industry. 3. Has the direct effect of improving the data quality of the MAXIMO database used in the mining industry.
